NexAim Football Terms and Conditions
1. General Information
1.1. NexAim Football operates youth football training sessions and programs for children aged 4-16 in London.
1.2. These Terms and Conditions apply to all participants and parents/guardians of participants enrolled in our programs. By enrolling in a program, you agree to these terms.
1.3. NexAim Football reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time.
2. Registration and Payment
2.1 NexAim Football operates on a term-based fee structure. Once a player joins the programme following a trial session, the full term fee is due regardless of attendance. We offer two payment options to provide flexibility for parents:
- Full Payment Upfront: The entire term fee is paid at once through an invoice.
- Monthly Instalments: A Direct Debit system may be used to split the full term fee into monthly instalments.
Please Note: Monthly payments are not a pay-as-you-go option. They are part of a full term fee commitment and cannot be cancelled mid-term. By choosing the monthly instalment option, you agree to pay the full term fee across the agreed schedule.
Failure to complete payments may result in the child’s suspension from sessions and further action taken to recover outstanding fees.
2.2. All players must be registered prior to attending any session or event.
2.3. Payments for each term must be made in full prior to the start of the term unless a written payment plan is expressly agreed by NexAim Football.
2.4. NexAim Football operates fixed term rates designed to cover venue hire, equipment, and staffing costs. These rates are non-negotiable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2.5. Monthly Fee Arrangements and Late Payment:
a. For monthly payment arrangements, fees are due on the specified date each month.
b. If a payment is not received by the due date, the account will be considered in default. A late fee of £5 per week may be applied until payment is received.
c. In the event of a missed or delayed payment, NexAim Football reserves the right to suspend the participant’s attendance until the outstanding balance, including any accrued late fees or interest, is fully settled.
d. Continued non-payment shall constitute a material breach of these Terms and Conditions, potentially resulting in immediate termination of the participant’s enrollment and the initiation of debt recovery procedures, including the pursuit of legal and administrative costs.
3. Refunds and Cancellations
3.1. Once a term has commenced, fees are non-refundable, except under exceptional circumstances at the discretion of NexAim Football management..
3.2 If a session is canceled by NexAim Football due to weather, coach unavailability, or any unforeseen circumstances, we will make every effort to reschedule the session within the current term. If rescheduling is not possible before the term ends, a credit of £16 per missed session will be issued. This credit can be applied to future bookings or term fees.
Please note: Refunds will not be issued for canceled sessions; only credit will be provided if the session cannot be rescheduled.
3.3 If a participant is unable to attend a session, we kindly ask for notice in advance. Unfortunately, missed sessions by the participant will not be eligible for a refund or credit.
4. Code of Conduct
4.1. All players and parents/guardians are expected to demonstrate respect for coaches, fellow players, and facilities.
4.2. NexAim Football will not tolerate any form of bullying, violence, or abusive language.
4.3. Coaches reserve the right to remove any player who breaches the code of conduct during a session or event, and no refund will be provided in such cases.
4.4. Parents/guardians must ensure their child arrives on time and is collected promptly at the end of each session.
5. Health and Safety
5.1. Parents/guardians must disclose any relevant medical conditions, allergies, or injuries at the time of registration.
5.2. Players are required to wear appropriate footwear, shin-pads and attire for all sessions.

6. Equipment and Kit
6.1. All players must provide their own appropriate football boots, shin pads, and other necessary personal gear.
6.2. NexAim Football-branded kit may be purchased, but it is not mandatory unless otherwise stated for specific events or tournaments.
6.3 NexAim Football is not responsible for any lost or stolen personal items during sessions. While we will ensure that the pitch is checked and a designated area is provided for belongings, we cannot guarantee the safety of these items. It is the responsibility of participants to keep track of their personal belongings. NexAim Football will not be liable for any lost or stolen items, even after our efforts to secure the area.
